The problem is, let's say we somehow fired him after this season (we won't), we lose Audi, Addy, and Jada to the portal and we are absolutely toast next year.

But Bill clearly has refused to recruit any meaningful players so I think he's hanging it up after next season once Audi, Addy, and Jada all graduate.
