The effort that had been missing was definitely there tonight. Starting Paulk the second half for her defense was a good call by CBF and Jada was nuts. Great effort!

Not sure if that lineup works... Having both Addy and Audi will clog up a lot on offense if Paulk doesn't start shooting 3s more.
I think they honestly just needed something to finally go right. Getting AJ back was big for morale (and obviously what she can offer) and other stuff started clicking into place. Sometimes it's more mental than anything.
ok, now that the game is over, I'll give it to her. Definately up there in offensive performances.
Jada was unbelievable tonight. We hadn’t seen that confidence from her since early in the season. She is why we won this game. I think Paulk is starting to understand her role. Nice to have AJ back. I still question some of the rotations, but it is great to get a win for the players. I’m sure it has been no fun.
Great to have AJ back and taking deep shots. I hope she keeps shooting 3s as she’s capable from out there.
It's a well needed W for the ladies. Hopefully they can string a few more together.
A few observations:
Paulk's rebounds seem to come out of nowhere. She just gets to the right place and pulls the ball away from others.
I liked the play where both Jada and Audi made passes to others who were open mid-way through the 4th Q when both could have been going after their own stats.
Can we give Fennelly some credit for making adjustments?

That game had some of the Good, the bad and the ugly
The good
1. The defense locking down the top scorer for Cincy
2. EP’s defensive and rebounding performance, it was a big highlight
3. Some bright spots in the drives and some of the offensive movement
4. Jada getting her groove back
The bad
1. EPs offense… well lack of it. There was one great play with the and 1
2. Free throw shooting tonight… left a lot of points on the floor
3. Whatever Sidney did to sit the bench almost the entire game
The Ugly
1. Confusion on defense during the modified zone
2. CBF blowing up at the team and players over and over again… One point that stuck out was the team scoring in the 2nd Qtr (around 5:29 left) on and inbound… TV timeout and CBF is red faced screaming at the team
3. The refs and some of the foul calls (lack of consistency and some phantom calls)

With Audi, Jada and Addy all scoring 40 in a game has there ever been a team with 3 individual 40 pt games, all on the same roster in NCAA basketball. Yes I know Addy's game was last year.

With Jackson back and with Paulk we have 2 very good defenders instead of zero,
Paulk may not have the offensive bone yet but she is so valuable on defense and getting boards. Glad she got a lot of minutes tonight. Awesome night from Jada, Audi, and AJ.
She was still walking a little off tonight. I've dealt with back pain and sciatica, so I noticed it pretty quickly.
