French forwards/centers never stop growing, see Wembanyama, Victor. This kid will likely be 7'-7" by the time he graduates.

IIRC, saw something about him being 6-4 in online site, so he's shooting upward.

He's 17, until Dec. 20.

I would assume no since the money thing is tied to student visas. My lazy understanding of the rule is work is limited to their studies. I.e. a foreign nursing student could work at clinics/hospitals in certain roles.
