Any Iowa State decommits that have gone on to have great careers?

This is probably a cope with losing Milan but I did see a tweet saying there hasn't really been a decommit that has gone on to have a really great career during the Campbell era. Is that true?

DJ Wonnum was a stud South Carolina and has had a good NFL career, he decommited right after Rhoads was let go.
Miyan Williams had his moments at Ohio State and is in the CFL now. Would have been the man in Ames.
Ben Sauls was another kicker that went on to success at Pitt and is now on Falcons practice squad.
Xavier Townsend doesn't really count since he's in Ames now, but was impactful for UCF his first few years after his initial decommitment.

Plenty of others that have had decent roles but not stars.

Our lack of getting quality edge rushers has what has held us back from taking that next step. That said, it's the hardest position to recruit in college, so it's no wonder those are the ones that have stung the most. I'm sure Parris is a great player and kid, but losing out on a WR isn't too scary to me. We've proven we can recruit and develop that position well.

I frankly don't follow those player's careers. They made a choice they felt was in their best interest and decommitted from ISU. Wish them well and move on

Personally I don't even follow recruiting much so don't even remember any one's name so far in the thread.

4 or 5 stars is great but doesn't mean much if it's not a good fit for various reasons.

Holy F*ck, you made me panic and start scouring social media thinking Momcilivic left. And then I realized this thread was in "football". Please use first names only responsibly.

Probably doesn't count because he never committed, but I thought we were close to landing Kenyon Sadiq before Oregon came in and offered.

Kaleb Johnson was a silent commit to Iowa State, before he committed to Cal, and later flipped to Iowa
Did we take Cartevious Norton over him, or was Norton the backup after we missed on Johnson?
