I bought some hats last year and it did take a while before they showed up - three weeks? My memory is poor. Eventually, I received. Made me wonder if they are produced as they are ordered.

Anyone had problems ordering from this site? I ordered a Rocco logo hat 10 days ago and have gotten no shipping notification and no response from customer service.

I bought a sweatshirt and reached out to the customer support team after not hearing anything for 10 business days. They said the factory was behind, but they would push them. Ended up being shipped out a few days later and the sweatshirt was here for the Arizona game

The Ames Lager site (bigcartel) is even worse. I have ordered from them twice... 1st time took 8 weeks to get it. The 2nd time took almost 6 weeks. You have to email them persistently to get any updates. I eventually did get my items, but don't get too excited about receiving them in a timely manner. You might be better off driving up to West-o in Milford to get it there.

My son and I love the t-shirts, but that being said, I've had to keep after them every time. It's the same as you describe, email them after a couple of weeks, they say the factory is behind, and a few days later it gets shipped.
