I didn't see the Gathje weigh in but Khabib looked rough and while I know those are just a presentation, if the scale was right to start, he didn't make weight but they shoved it through.

I don't really care but it's interesting considering his view on other in the division not fighting fights at 155, which I actually agree with.

I just figure Khabib is going to destroy everyone, then the build up happens and I start believing the guy he is fighting has a chance. I still will take Khabib but man they make it so I think the other guy has a chance. Exccept Connor. I knew Khabib was going to destroy him. Gathje just has the exact right tool set to beat him. IF he don't beat him. Nobody can.

Conor did as well as anyone. Depending on how much you believe about his lifestyle leading up to the fight, he possibly could have made the second one a fight. If what CM says it's true, it's a shame we never saw a fight between the two with both guys focused.

Anyway, I would be shocked if Khabib went back on his retirement. He just doesn't seem like the type to do something like that and now I'd be a little bit surprised if we actually see Conor fight again outside of huge money grabs in the boxing ring. I just don't think the incentive is there for him if he can't avenge that loss to Khabib and I can't blame him.
