So does anyone know why the gun charge?

• He had a gun while he was intoxicated.
• He had a gun without a permit to carry.
• He had a gun at a supervisors meeting.
• Other - please specify.

I thought when this was first reported the gun permit didn't allow him to have it in the area where the supervisor meeting was held.

And the minute you hit .08 you arent supposed to carry.

Also, I believe all guns are banned in Winnebagos courthouse. Outside of law enforcement
