Is Northwestern a good job? In the P2, but tough academic standards and bad history.
I think it's a pretty decent job now that they have arguably the best training facility in college football and are building a new stadium. It's in the Big 10 and they have wealthy alumni for the NIL. Sure their academic standards are tough but its a good job.

KU will match whatever offer he gets plus they are heavy into the NIL and plan to use the portal to their advantage every year. Will be interesting to see the future, because I believe the schools from the top 2 conferences have advantages, but KU is determined to spend enough to keep up.
Leipold's salary is already $5mil. I can see Mich St going to $7.5 in line with Luke Fickel in which case KU matches.

If Michigan State goes to $9 or $10 (which would be higher than Harbaugh) then even with KU backers that will be tougher. (But if I am them I find a way)
