Honestly I’m not sure why anyone cares why a non sports reporter had this opinion. If it was a reporter that covered sports and was openly rooting against Iowa state I would understand the outrage

It's truly amazing the pro media bias the state of Iowa has towards a university that most native Iowans don't even attend. A true head scratcher.
