He was "with Gabe" after they wrestled 4 matches (I think) their senior year in high school. Gabe beat him pretty handily the first time. The last couple went to overtime... but so do the lion's share of Gabe's matches. It got closer because of familiarity. Probably a better more recent... -

Off-season 2026; Roster Needs/Portal
Pretty crazy the divergent paths between Naak and Gabe Arnold thus far in their collegiate careers. They wrestled 4 times their senior year in high school. Gabe won 8-3, 3-1, SV, and ultimate tie breaker. Tate definitely closed the gap to a toss up. Maybe it was just familiarity between the two. -
