    In the game against us, he was very accurate on passes to the flat and short to medium outs. Didn't show much on longer routes or seam routes, but Heacock tends to take those options away. He might be a better fit in Roehl's offense than he was in Gundy's.

    You need all of this, but you still have to instill proper technique. Bill Callahan was terrible as a head coach, but he knows how to coach OL. He teaches that often the difference between a winning play and a poor play comes down to a 1- inch difference in hand or foot placement.

    I could see it going higher for one reason. Campbell has shown that he will try to sell players on taking the "home team discount" over what they might be worth on the open market. He will try to get a former Cyclone with comparable talent cheaper that what he has to pay on the open market.

    It was the amount claimed over a 4 year period. The average would be 520,000 just in NIL plus another 100,000+ in scholarship value. If he were middle or upper tier, the claim would have been over 1/2 million rather than hundreds of thousands. Sound like lower tier to me.

    What doesn't seem clear is if the number thrown out is supposedly just NIL or also includes the value of the scholarship over 4+ years. Even if it is assumed to be all NIL, it would be a lower tier guy when you have $13M to shell out on the roster.
