    If anyone knows anyone who wants a decent career it's a perfect time now before warm season to apply for a trade apprenticeship. Especially young people. All of us need help. Elevator guys are probably the only one that's super tough to get into.

    My brother-in-law is supposed to start taking this drug called mounjaro for his kidney issues, and his insurance won't cover it. Cost is 1k monthly out-of-pocket, while it's about $200 in Mexico Anyone ever get prescriptions outside of the US?

    ADD/ADHD Medication Shortage

    Free Weights vs Machines vs Cables......

    Which do you prefer? I mix it up but as I get older(and have a bad shoulder) I'm enjoying cables more and more for certain exercises. I feel like it helps my flexibility.
