Oklahoma State - Tickets & Road Trip

There is a group of four of us that will be making the trip to Stillwater. We've never been there, so does anybody have any insights on gameday experience? Should we buy tickets in advance, or is scalping a realistic plan? We will be getting into town late Thursday night, and have time on Friday to "see the sights." Any suggestions?

I saw that, but there seem to be plenty of tickets on the various ticket sites. I don't know of I should just snag some before we go from there, or if there is generally opportunities through scalping that may be cheaper.

Last time I was in Stillwater the bars still allowed smoking, so that was a blast from the past.
Eskimo Joes is a must stop.
The Garage is one of my favorite college bars/restaurants.

Nope. Mexico Joes is a GREAT Tex mex restaurant in Stillwater

It has a reputation to them similar to Hickory Park does among us down there.
