good episode. I fully agree that the coaches need to find something that they can use and then develop for short yardage plays. ISU didn't execute on 3rd or 4th short well at all last year. Seemed like they were locked into trying to throw to Kolar a lot of the time, teams were all over it. (Should have been called for PI a couple times, but, that is just par for the course for ISU)
I would like to see a dedicated base play, something with someone besides Purdy getting the ball. I was thinking about Dean Eaton, former QB, big body, someone that can be a threat to throw and also be a lead blocker.
