I think Matt was bag man for St. Johns last season, they canned him for rumored dipping into the till according to a quick reddit turn up on google. No idea about Morgan. What happened to Matt and Wayne? Are they still with ISU, or were they shown the door?
No, nobody did anything wrong., its the current system.**** Kentucky, not Milan.
And yet, his percentages indicate he could have shot more. Or that our offense should have been designed to get him the ball more rather than having guys dribbling into the heart of the defense,Ok, but he had the 4th most attempts in all of college basketball last year. 2nd most at the high major level. Only Honor Huff of West Virginia had more at the high major level.

This. The clammer was for players to get paid for their value. Now they are getting paid. No, nobody did anything wrong., its the current system.
This is his true senior year so he'll get another year. We'll see if Kentucky wants to give him that much again after this year.Does Milan get another year (potentially) after this coming up season? In theory, he could re-sign for another $6 million which would dwarf NBA salaries for his pick slot. I wasn’t sure what the new 5 for 5 rule was in relation to MM.
Good gig if you can get it.10 yrs ago, Milan makes $0 in college, doesn't make the NBA, and is playing in Spain for $400k.
Now?
He'll play 5 years in college, make $14m+, still not make the NBA, and if pro bball in Europe doesn't work out, he's 23 with ~$8m in his bank account.
Timing truly is everything (or a lot anyway) in life. Look at Lipsey, but not getting grandfathered in (I think the class of 2022 got screwed), he's probably leaving $2 million on the table. It seems a long shot for him to make a NBA roster and he would get paid handsomely as a college 5th year. Really surprised there haven't been law suits abound surrounding that.Man, I am sorry, but there is no way Milan is worth the second highest NIL in the country. I would say his value was 3rd just on our team last season!
I would agree. He was incredibly valuable to us, but not worth getting an NIL payout to is equivalent to our entire roster. TJ made the right move by getting 4 new players that will play serious minutes vs trying hold onto Milan.Man, I am sorry, but there is no way Milan is worth the second highest NIL in the country. I would say his value was 3rd just on our team last season!
There is a lawsuit about this https://www.espn.com/college-sports...tes-challenge-new-ncaa-eligibility-rules-suitTiming truly is everything (or a lot anyway) in life. this...Kentucky fans are going to expect 20 something points per game, no turnovers and whole bunch of rebounds/assists.Man, I am sorry, but there is no way Milan is worth the second highest NIL in the country. I would say his value was 3rd just on our team last season!
That's what is so wild and why I can't blame these players (as NBA money used to be difficult to get, but making $300-400k was nice for a post college start to life....or career....8-10 years of that and you have a very good life).10 yrs ago, Milan makes $0 in college, doesn't make the NBA, and is playing in Spain for $400k.
