Thanks for the article, Rob. Fantastic job as always.

I'll admit, that interview has me a lot more optimistic. The Nets are a train wreck, but if he gets the chance to showcase his abilities enough, that's what's really going to matter for his long-term prospects.
 
Congrats to JJ, his work ethic and attitude has served him well. I'm not an NBA junkie by any means but my view is that the players his size are very athletic and skilled so he will have his work cut out for him. Niang has accumulated an NBA career that no one envisioned, playing above the rim is not his forte. JJ is far more athletic but has the same passing skills and if he can refine his 3 pt shot, Niang is the exmple that it can be done.
