RTT...20-20 hindsight.

Not going to bore you with wedding stories but I’m going to tell to you how respectful I was, it may shock you.

Myself and my two sons showed up the last minute that we were scheduled to. The other groomsmen were scheduled earlier so there was no chance of drinking. Shortly after showing up, the photographer had me in photos.

For the wedding, my daughter gave me a tie (ironically I was complaining about the clip on with the tux) that had part of an old picture of me and her when she was younger on the very back bottom of it. (Men will know the area) The photographer knew this and said, “you want to flop it out for me?” I did pause for a split second and just pulled the tie up for her to take a picture. No comments were made even though it was teed up very much by a fairly attractive lady.
And yet the temptation was strong.

I read this to Lew. He's still cackling over there...

If this had been at one of his niece/nephew's weddings, I don't think their parents would refrain. His family has almost NO filter.

PS: I was laughing too.
:D :D :D

Got the teal blood donor shirt this month, guy clapped on the shoulder and said nice shirt, he's been a long time donor in the Sac City area

This looks like it is over in East Europe . . . . . or a typical pickup game when I was at ISU.

LOL. I was in a pickup game in the old State Gym and was trying to put a body on a guy who out weighted me by a ton. He got all pissed off and was complaining that me leaning on him was a foul. I was 5'-9" and teen freshman me went about 125 lbs at the time. Still funny to me.

Wedding is done and 4th is coming up so gotta get patriotic. I broke the flag out.
Some guy in our neighborhood in a newish house (and his wife) were out painting red stars and blue stars on the hill/embankment in front of their house. He had a stencil. I had never seen that. I assume it's not a permanent paint that will kill the grass. Am I just way behind the times or is this some kind of new thing?

Was it on grass? If so the grass would grow and when mowed it would slowly disappear.

I bought a different intown mower this year. First time the wife has mowed with it.

I teach her how to do everything on it. Go inside to use the restroom and when I get out I see her going between these bushes which will scratch the crap out of it. So I go inside not to see it. Now I keep hearing these chunks like she’s running over rocks with it. May need to sharpen the blades by the time she is done.

Count your blessings. She's mowing. You're not.

She's probably telling you it's your turn to mow.
I mowed yesterday, too, with our mower that is not new. I went over some twigs and little branches that sounded like they were blasting a hole in the thing. Nope, just another noise.

I or my youngest have mowed every other time. I mow the 10 acres of farm yards I have also so I do do my share of that.
