MLB: ***2026 Minnesota Twins***

He gone, Rojas back up.

Maybe they can piece together a decent bullpen in the 2nd half and make a run. I know they aren't championship contenders but I still would rather have them be competitive than just plain suck.

I am also curious to see if the new Pohlad is any different than the old Pohlad.

Let's get Buxton an MVP.

Buxton will win a world series soon. He'll get traded and win a title. Its the Minnesota way.

Darnold.... released and wins the Superbowl.
KAT.... traded and wins the NBA title.

Who's next? JJ? Buxton? Ant? Kirill?

any of them. All of them. Buxtons ring will be painful, it’ll be with someone like the white Sox.

The new Pohlad hopefully is able to secure a sale after the lockout. Anything other than that there’s little hope for ever being a contender.

Wife is from Cali and a huge Dodger fan and I have a daughter that works in TC, so we drove up from KC over the weekend to attend tonight’s game.

- Beautiful stadium
- Beautiful evening

Sorry, but that is about the end of the positives. Huge, huge, long lines to get into the game. Over 30 minutes. Missed the first inning and Ohtani/Buxton homers.

Long lines at concessions. Unbelievable that there are no in-stadium vendors. And this usher policy of not letting anyone return to their seats until there is a break in play is stupefying. I guess someone said there is a strike going on? It would seem to be a common courtesy from the Twins organization to let fans that drove hours and spent hundreds to expect delays. What a **** show.

Nice zoo. :)

Last summer I went to a game there for the first time in 7-8ish years and was surprised to see that they had done away with the aisle vendors. No or at least very little tap beer too, which made the overall eating/drinking experience almost unrecognizable from what I have always known it as. Still got everything i wanted, but definitely harder to find. Game i went to was in September, so at least didn't have to battle the lines like you did.

I was at the game too. When a team like the Dodgers is in town they really need to open the gates more than one hour before first pitch. I don’t think they are used to having enough fans for it to matter. The strike of concession workers didn’t help either.
