Scoring 2 runs in a game where your leadoff hitter hits for the cycle has to be damn near a first in MLB history
I love how the announcers praised CCs decision to bring in a left hander because the Rockies only have lefty bats on the bench, then the pitcher promptly walks a righty and gives up a bomb to another righty.
We can't score with RISP to save our life, and yet the Rockies don't seem to have a problem with it. Just unbelievable. It's in our heads now as well...has to be.
PCA gets the ball in play and elevated with a runner on 3rd with less than 2 outs. Take a note Happ and Seiya
I saw that on the broadcast too and I’m pretty sure that’s just how many times they were successful in bringing the run in, cause I can’t find a single hit with a guy in scoring position. The runs came from PCA HR, Shaw triple with Ballasteros on first, and the PCA sac fly
Yeah get Pedro’s bat in the lineup every day. No reason not to at this point
