***2026 NCAA Baseball Tournament***

Have to love all the people defending the behavior that led to ejections today...

I get celebrating a home run, but the dude taunted the other team the entire way around the basepath and would have led to either him or one of his teammates eating an intentional bean ball, leading to many, many more problems and likely many ejections. Nobody in football or any other college sport gets anywhere near this kind of latitude for celebration.

I literally don't get the defense for this one at all - one of the first things everyone is taught when they start playing baseball is you don't throw the bat. This is an ejection at every level of baseball, so I don't get how people are accusing the ump of making it about himself when that's as easy an ejection as it gets.

First one, I wouldn’t have had a problem either way. I can’t really see what his doing toward the opposing dugout. Doesn’t get particularly right in somebody’s face which to me is the line that can’t be crossed.

The thrown bat, yeah no brainer.
