This ^. ISU has committed to TJ as much as TJ committed to staying in Ames. 6Mil is more than I expected but will be a bargain soon as new deals are signed. More importantly the MBB is nationally respected and bring a positive PR nationally to raise the profile of the school as a whole to attract new students and just as important new business investment.
