Coach Steyer announces retirement

I am/was looking forward to seeing Ms. Comito playing for the Twister Sisters this season. Hope all the turmoil hasn't turned her head.

"Rumors" out there that Latoja Schaben will be announcing her retirement soon as well. Maybe they will all enter the retirement portal except.....

The saga continues....
Don’t think she will retire. Think she’s taking a spot on Texas St staff

With Jodi making it official & the rumors with Latoya, is the logical choice for Bill is to promote Billy to associate head coach & elevate Emily to an assistant for this year?

I'd like to see Pollard use this as an opportunity to hire the next head coach - giving the hire a year as assistant head coach in the manner that Creighton hired Huss to replace McDermott. That would minimize disruption and avoid a completely wasted year.

That will never happen with BF wanting Billy to take over the family business.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out. Pollard told both TJ and Mouse he wasn't going to hire them as head coach without head coaching experience. Does Billy have that (asking cuz I don't know)?

2 years at Northwestern as Director of Ops and 1 year at Maryland as Assistant Recruiting Cordinator.

I’ve always wondered…has Fennelly actually voiced this or just supposition on posters’ parts?
If given the opportunity, do you think Billy would want to be our next head coach? If Bill wants Billy to get the job, he should have given Billy a lot more responsibility within the program especially on game day. He hasn’t done a very good job making a case for Billy in my opinion.

Hence my curiosity.
