Give Pleta his flowers...

I am curious to see how TJ will use him in year 2 when Jefferson is no longer here. He has some good handles for a 5, and he and Buchanan both could be good for a few assists each per game.

More high-lows for sure.

He has seemed to have really foumd the mold for what he can do best while out there and looks more settled in...that probably includes letting the game slow down which can just take time.

He's a different pace and style than Buchanan but not much of a drop off which can be tough on opponents.

If you go back and see how Pleta played earlier in the season compared to now he's really improved more than any player on the roster. Batemon also is right up there too. The biggest difference I've noticed with Pleta is he's been more aggressive in the post when he gets the ball and has crashed the boards harder. Excited to see him continue to grow.

I’ll be the first to admit, and I believe I’ve done so a couple times already, but he is much better than I expected when he signed. He has a really good feel for the game, I think. Rebounds well, and seems to be getting better and better finishing (not to say he was ever “bad” at that part). It was said above by @madguy30 that the game seems to be slowing down for him, and I agree.

I think it was After Dark that pointed out that he's playing well outside his traditional position. In that context, what he's doing is truly, truly impressive.

His hesi layup against ASU yesterday was probably the most visible evidence of how much his game is evolving every week.
