Gotta have this one, but I'm not holding my breath. Lose this one, early in conference play, and a first round exit in NCAAs and this off-season will get real interesting.

Good luck ladies! I hope this game isn’t like the one at home with 44 total fouls.

I haven’t watched much KSU this season, but the couple times I have, come away impressed with Nastja Claessens. I was blissfully unaware she played several years in European pro leagues, is on Belgium’s national team and was drafted #30 in the WNBA. She was saddled with early foul trouble in Ames. Anyway, just a note about KSU’s #4.

This ISU team is impossible to prognosticate. It’s easy to say they’re bad on the road, then they dismantle TT in Lubbock. We’re coming into this one following a bad Senior Night performance where Audi looked disinterested on the court as we got swept by OSU.

My gut says KSU but my head says ISU finds their pride and imposes their will on the lesser team.

Claessens has been very up and down just like the whole KSU team has been. In Waco she made 3 out of 11 shots. The misses were out of sight. Her 3 three pointers were all air balls. She missed two uncontested layups that rattled the back board but failed to touch the rim. Their leading scorer (Sides) scored zero in Waco. Seems that if those two are on they can beat most anybody. If not anybody can beat them.

The impressive duo of Bella Fountleroy and Littlepaige-Buggs could force many opposing forwards into poor shooting nights.

Pretty simple math today.

Win, and get the bye to Thursday night.
Lose, and play Wednesday night.
My plan is to go down on Thursday. I really hope we don’t have to play on Wednesday, could lead to a total change of plans

Sides will probably have a field day baiting/flopping/flailing her way around.

Looks like Rutger’s at Maryland is going to go long
