Rate the States

I’d say since 2000 we’re 2nd behind Izzo’s Spartans. But if you go back to 80 the unofficial beginning of the modern era of Cyclone BB we might be third behind Jimmy V’s Wolfpack as well. Thoughts?

Travis Ford = Fran McCaffery type of results.
Boynton and Lutz = bad.

Probably just as good as ISU.
