Have any of the players who entered the portal changed their mind and if so did we take them back?

Thanks. I'm guessing the 3 star players who left will be replaced with 3 star players transferring in. 2026 will be an interesting season. Don't know what to expect.

If true, that kinda sucks. You would think at least a couple of Iowa kids would want to stay at ISU so that family, etc can come see them.

You can look at 247 and change the filter from commits to decommits. Not sure who planned to enroll early, but none of the decommits are Iowa kids. I think the only commit from Iowa is WR Jeffery Roberts. He chose to stay a Cyclone. Looking back now it is pretty crazy how many players and recruits Campbell took with him.
JMO With all the new faces in the regular ranks I am not to sure the staff wishes to have too many of the freshman class enroll early.
The one who left that kind of surprised me was a legacy. I figured Bandhauer would stay, but he jumped ship pretty quickly.
And the only one I think they’d consider keeping is Daniel Jackson.
Medical retirement wouldn't surprise anyone. Kid has had it rough.
