What are you doing for health INS in 2025?

My coverage from marketplace is jumping to over $600+/month for garbage coverage. It was just under $500/month for garbage coverage last year. I make decent money so I am not eligible for any subsidies. up until last year I got coverage through my employer. now I am solo and this this is a pile of hot garbage. are there better alternatives? I'm scared to sing up for anything or call anyone for fear I will then get 100 spam calls a day. What is one to do out here? In terms of health care, this country is trash.

this is the first time in my life I finally been able to afford boot straps. now I have to sell them so I can afford a routine checkup. and I'm over 40 now so I need those checkups!
