    That’s like 2 bets a day and like $70 a wager. He didn’t lose $55,359 he wagered that much. People that play penny slot machines likely wager $400 every hour they are on the slot machine at a minimum.

    Heise averaged 9.2 pts over his last 10 games of the season. I find it incredibly difficult to see him dipping back down to 5 points a game with the loss of Gilbert and Jones.

    And my point remains that if the Cyclones are important to you and your kids (because I’m guessing they go to games with you as well) then their is likely a way to finesse both to some degree. For me it isn’t the the $500 bat but rather the multiple pairs of track cleats.

    It was my original post that talked about that. The response was then I would choose the $500 bat everytime. I’m fine with that being a priority although I think it just as ridiculous as those that think donating $300 a year to WeWill is. My bigger point today is that you don’t get to complain...

    I’m okay with different priorities. But if you are saying that you would pay 85 cents a day to watch Iowa State play in the final 4 then I can’t relate. I’m also not sure how much stock I put in complaints by those same people in the future.
