Is Iowa an Eastern state?
I’ve read that the 100th meridian (which is about halfway to 2/3 of the way across Nebraska or South Dakota) is where the west begins. Iowa is obviously east of that, but I don’t consider Iowa an eastern state either. To me, it’s very midwestern. -
Vacation in the Black Hills
When leaving Deadwood, I would suggest taking Highway 14A to Lead and then onto Spearfish, which takes you through Spearfish Canyon. It’s a very scenic drive. -

That’s not technically the 6666’s however. That’s Travis’s horse training facility (Bosque Ranch by Weatherford, TX) which is quite a ways from Guthrie, TX where the 6666’s is located. -
