I had the same issue. Go into Settings > Apps and then click on the ISU App. Scroll down and click on "Storage" and then then hit "Clear Data". Once I did that, I was able to open the app. I had to go through the initial app setup questions, but it was no big deal. Hope this helps!- Pittcrew4
