    Don't they normally only show those at the end? What I don't like is that only a small percentage at the company are impacted by RTO, so of course a large percentage are happy with their WFH arrangements.

    My recommendation is that as soon as your company says they are going public, find a different job. The day your company goes public, things will only get worse. I can only think of one thing that is better since the company has went public and that's the day care. I'm guessing the day care also...

    I worked with some people who worked 2 days in the office pre-covid and are now 3 days. There are some areas of the company requiring 5 days a week. If you are 31 miles away though, you are golden.

    Oddly enough, Principal doesn't seem to be worried about collaboration of the 1000+ people they've recently hired in Manila to staff their call centers. Weird how that works.

    Well sexual harassment is the last thing I worry about at Principal IT. Most of our staff get anxiety from running into a co-worker in the skywalk. Eye contact is considered 3rd base to most of these butterfly's.
