Went home to rescue our garbage can and cringed at how the sun is really trying to be seen. Hoped that if I didnt wear my sunglasses the sun would stay behind the clouds. Maybe later I’ll wish I’d tried reverse psychology. -

Well, this is the “ in memoriam” thread and this place just had its official grand opening today. -

At one place we frequent, the person who brings out our food asks some variation of “Anything else I can grab for you?” after setting the plates on the table. -

Sure. You said temperature, not degree of doneness. They’re related, but not the same thing. I know what you meant. -

Reminds me of being in fifth grade and trying to decide on a science project. After it was too late, I decided I wanted to grow mold in bread that could be turned into penicillin. Not near enough time so I had to settle for trying to make a rudimentary telephone that really didn’t work very well. -

Daughter intensely dislikes Peeps, so no idea why they were even bought. Could have been a Dad thing. -

Our grandkids FaceTimed with us last night, and after the first "Happy Easter!" we were asked if the Easter Bunny came to our house. I did not lie. Just said we didn't get near as much stuff as they did. Including the Dr Pepper Peeps @SaraV :)
