    I have a similar experience from time to time. At home, my dog sleeps right next to me. She's always tucked up against my legs. When I'm on the road, I often wake up and my first thought is why isn't she there? What's going on?

    I'm flying back from St Louis tomorrow morning. Been here since Monday. I make this trip about once a month. I'd rather not travel at all, for work, but I've settled into my routine and it's not terrible. The hotel staff all know me by name, by now.

    Agreed. I will go back and reread Jurassic Park every 4-5 years. It's a really good one. Don't get me wrong, the original movie is good. Great even. But the book is better. And the movie sequels are kind of a joke.
