    Haven’t heard any talking head say Jackson wasn’t good pick. He’ll start day one. Thor’s point was that they would not have been able to trade back in the first (as many expected) and still get him. Too many OL guys went early increasing Jackson’s value to several teams.

    No doubt he’s a stud athlete but at 276 lbs. he’s going to have bulk up to play DT (unless the Vikes want him at E).

    Round one yielded a starter. Felton hopefully plays as well. The rest of the Vikes draft was average. Kwesi did what he could with limited picks, but I expect to see B- to C+ grades from the ‘experts’.

    Really got laughable when Klatt brought up the question if Sanders should just return to CU. He can’t of course, but it’s classic homer ‘I’ll take my ball and go home’ mentality by Klatt.

    It‘s popular now with the talking heads to comment how prepared Iowa State players are going into the draft. Kudos to our CMC and the coaching staff.

    I’m shocked Kwesi took a WR with his second pick. Felton’s a good player but thought we needed depth at other spots.
