    Mine would have to be Monty signed game worn jersey from the 2018 WVU night game. Or a signed Mike Rose Jersey from the 2018 KSU game where he had the pick six (or was it ruled a fumble). Great comeback by the team.

    I'm constantly dreaming / looking at mountain lake (or reservoir) properties in CO.... problem is supply and demand. If money wasn't an issue I'd have one for a vacation house in a heartbeat.

    Not often. I WFH so I don't have a lot of opps to dress up. I will for my wife's company dinners/parties. Other than that its for weddings/funerals. I have plenty of family who under dress for weddings. I'd rather over dress. Really easy to remove a tie if needed. Side bar I used to...

    Basement Sump Pump install recommendation

    its a pretty simple replacement. I helped my BIL do two of them last summer (with battery backups). Biggest issue we faced was the lack of space. One was tucked into a troublesome corner covered by a cabinet. He also had water actively filling up too lol.

    The ACC just announced their updated revenue sharing model as well as the updated GoR exit fees amount. Looks like 60% split per a five year rolling viewership (weighted on the more recent viewership), and 40% to be equally split between the members per ESPN.
