    That’s not really a big buyout, it’s around 4 months salary. Guy moved from Nevada with an expectation of a long term job and now he’s stuck in Ames. It’s a simple risk-reward situation.     Cause sometime this year they may need to win a game by getting a first down late in the fourth quarter. If they did it we could build off that but we did not so they can chew some butt and have the film to help improve.
