    Never understood/understand the amount of hate Sama gets from the fanbase. Played on a broken toe all of last season and averaged 5.2 ypc (more than Hansen). He was a great piece the last couple years.

    Toure and Pleta have a higher TO% than JJ. I understand JJ can clean up his TOs but he’s not the only one.

    He has the most assists on the team. He’s pretty clearly willing to consistently pass it. I would agree with you in saying that JJs turnovers stand out more to the average viewer than say Toure making a bad pass, and that’s where this unnecessary hate towards JJ comes from.

    JJ is a better passer and playmaker than Niang ever was. Niang averaged 3.3 asts and 2.65 TOs per game in his last two years here. JJ is at 4.2 asts and 2.3 TOs per game.     I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a likely All-American get this much hate by their own fanbase. The guy is 2nd in the nation in KenPom’s player of the year rating last time I checked and we’ve got fans acting like he’s a complete liability.

    Man, I feel for JJeff. Dude was a 2 rebounds and an assist away from a 3rd triple double this season and y'all are calling him "bad JJ." As a play-making big, TO's are going to happen. We scored 55 pts tonight, I don't blame him for being aggressive and trying to make things happen on offense.
