    I'm guessing the lease has stipulations in it for that exact scenario. Either landlord or tenant will accommodate. Landlord by moving potential parking pass holders....tenant by not booking appointments given a certain time period of heads up.

    .....what? Google/Apple Pay are the best and I'm not sure it's close when it comes to security. No one ever actually gets your real card info and I believe both require security.
