The Raiders need a WR so I'm hoping Higgins is available at 37. I would also be ok with Noel there. You add one of them and your weapons look like Higgins/Noel, Bowers, Jeanty, and Jakobi Meyers for Geno Smith and for Chip Kelly to get creative with on offense. -
