    Nailed it. Pell Grant funds, Academic and/or need-based scholarships, and access to the Cash Nutrition Center. I'm sure ISU has their walk-on athletes eating the same as the scholarship ones do. Why shop for groceries when you can get a Ribeye for free...

    Yep. Exactly. Walk-ons can apply for the same financial aid as anyone else. The $25k easily covers in-state costs with a big chunk left over. Tack on another $6-7k in Alston funds, which I believe ISU is also providing, and it makes a lot of sense.

    Walking on for track, yes. Two other scholarship football signees (Miquel Dingle, Justin Horne) are walking on for track as well.

    $25k per player for all 85 scholarship guys and for 20 preferred walk-ons (105 total). Starting this summer they're adding the remaining guys on the roster so it'll be $25k each for all 120 guys.     Coming in initially as a PWO. Will get the $25k NIL base as with all Tech walk-ons. Expected to go on scholarship next Spring.
