    The legislature could pass a law severing the AD from the Regents universities then require the resulting entities to pay for the rights to use the university’s name plus taxes, just to spitball an idea.

    It would be nice if there was a central list of advertisers on KXNO still advertising after the layoffs. I’d love to know who to boycott, and who to encourage others to boycott. Not that it will change anything, but might as well hit iHeart in the only place it cares about- its pocket book.

    Their shows weren’t the best, but I hope Sean, Heather and the rest all find something better then iHeart. This is probably the death knell of KXNO and they’ll get their wish to syndicate the entire channel.

    File a complaint with the Iowa Utilities Commission. Sometimes these utility companies won’t listen to the city, or an attorney but they will listen and respond fairly fast to IUC complaints, at least in my experience they do.

    To add to this, when the land transferred there should have been a title opinion done- any restriction or covenant would be on the abstract if she has access to that. If she doesn’t have that, usually the bank that handled the original transfer or the company that did the title work will have it

    Glad Sorsby is moving on, but Tech still should be sanctioned by the conference for even letting it get this far. There needs to be a clear message sent that a school can’t pull this type of crap again
