Crappy cell phone service
Manager just told us a worker who was to show up at 8:30 called her at 8:45 to tell her she wouldn’t be in today. Wife’s diabetic pump and reader were needed to transfer to the new phone. -

Wife showed up at a Verizon store to change her phone( diabetic set up) has been giving her problems. Sign says open at 9, worker shows up at 8:59 and says it will be 9:20 at least before door is opened. -
