Travelling to IA City fo the game?
Just got back from the volleyball match (great match - complete domination). A little heads up - 1st Ave (or whatever it is), exit 242 in IA City - the exit marked as "Sports Venues" , is under construction and down to one lane. This has always been slow as it was - will be a parking lot... -

I don't pay attention to these future scheduling "what if". But it sounds like it's likely that both schools will be playing 9 game conference schedules, only leaving 3 non-cons (I suppose that might be more of a given now that the Big 10 has released it's divisions). So, can it be assumed... -

Ok - not the way I read it, but that's fine. So in your opinion, who are they filling that ISU void with? Cause you're likely not getting any other BCS opponent without being a home and home. -

I thought it was universally accepted that any hawkeye football game selected for Gameday, is automatically played in Iowa City? Isn't that how it works? You get the honor of being spotlighted on Gameday AND the honor of playing in Iowa City?- DaddyMac

What were the enrollments over the years? I'd think that might have something to do with the fanbase size. I agree with Dodger that the explosion of tv had alot to do with allegiances.
