I went to a small school and it did not prepare me for college as well as my wife who went to a bigger school. Even if you are taking AP courses but want to go to college, a bigger school is going to prepare you better. -

How did Gilbert compare in terms of college preparedness and curriculum? Lower than Ames. My sons are taking AP and higher level courses which Ames exceeds at when compared to Gilbert. For our family, Ames makes way more sense than Gilbert. I haven't even mentioned all the extracurricular... -

All new residential development is being done on surrounding farmland which is in other school districts. -
