Buc-ee's is great. Best place to stop for a restroom break and a snack or quick meal. Gas isn't as cheap there compared to the past. I've never seen all 100 pumps full at once. You can find a spot within 2 minutes, usually within a 30 second walk to the door. Great place to stretch your legs... -

Switching phone carriers
Well that's a bummer. I'm already on a Go5G plan and fortunately those aren't affected. I've been pretty happy with T-Mobile after switching from Verizon a few years ago. Only downside is rural service can be bad, but it hasn't really affected me for the few times I'm ever in those zones. Way... -

I am an engineer (but not a structural engineer). My guess is they are designed for lower wind speeds than that (maybe 100-110 mph... 120 mph max?). The odds of any one point experiencing 100 mph winds over a design life-span of the structure (20, 30, 40 years?) is pretty low. Yes it happens... -
Smoking Meat Questions and Discussion
Smoked a couple of chuck roasts today. Took them to about 160-165F then put them in an aluminum pan with onions and beef broth. Pulled them off at about 200F. I should have put less broth in the pan. But they turned out pretty good. Still think brisket is better and anymore it's usually cheaper... -
