    watched this concert in Tampa a month ago, as a huge George Stait fan I was sadly disappointed. The acoustics were bad, not the performers fault, but the sets both guys played left a lot to be desired. I know they don't want to play the same set over and over but some really obvious misses...

    This guy is a genius and a even better person, would be an amazing fit and worth any buyout we'd have to pay. It didn't take him several years to turn UofM around. They were a train wreck when he took over, still dealing with NCAA sanctions, and he had them in the tourney(with a tourney win)...

    Why do you want the mortgage in the LLC's name? You can Quit Claim the Deed into the LLCs name without refinancing. The mortgage is the lien on the property, but you can transfer ownership to whomever you please, you're still obligated on the mortgage, but the home can be in the LLCs name...
