What responsibility is the homemaker taking on for that decision? If they file for divorce, they know they will be awarded spousal support and assets to make up for that lost time. Relatively risk-free decision for that party. The higher earner has to pay for their ex's lost time in the...

Do you realize what % of first marriages have a prenup in place? Less than 5%. And the majority of those that do are extremely high earners and not average joes. Good news is that % is increasing in recent years as people are starting to protect themselves more.

Ouch. Penn State 2027 Recruiting Decline?

I won't be vocal, but I am certainly not rooting for any Penn St success in the near future. Not that I ever was but you get the point.

    Taco Bell

Years of eating leftover half-eaten gas station burritos/chicken patties in college prepped my system for life; never once had an issue after eating anything. Not sure if that's good or bad but thankful to not ever worry about that (for now).

Bring back the days of $0.99 7 layer burritos after the bar. $2 had me a warm belly tucked in bed with a smile.

Have You Tried Playing Pickleball - Central Iowa has options!

I’m a tennis player but I generally don’t hate on pickleball, it has its place and I can enjoy it sparingly. When you’re playing you don’t notice the constant sound, but when you’re around it doing something else it’s just obnoxious. If they improve that over time I will have a more favorable...
