You basically choose your base - "coffee", energy blend, lemonade or sparkling water and then you fully customize it with whatever flavor syrups you want (They probably have 30+ just taking a wild guess). They put an absurd amount of flavoring so everything defaults to being extremely oversweet... -

Different crowds IMO. The coffee at 7 Brew sucks, the draw is in the customization and extreme sugar content. -

The storm tracked from the Northwest and we were on the very Southern edge so I can believe that given what I'm hearing from the North side of town. We've been in this house for almost 6 years, and for some reason North Ames ALWAYS gets more rain than we do. Weird stuff. -

Made it down to the Creston/Lenox/Corning area yesterday and it reminded me exactly of the 2020 derecho up here. Grain bins and trees in fields everywhere. Looks like potentially 90 mph winds headed through Marshalltown and Toledo this morning. That will be ugly as well. -

I can see it happening. I went in at 9 am for what I thought was bad constipation and found out that my appendix had ruptured. In retrospect I should have known something more was off because I've never been constipated in my life. Didn't really have any pain the entire time just lots of nausea...- Agclone91
