Fair. Belfast was pretty s*** too. Driving from Portrush to Galway and then driving around the Cannemarra National Park on the other hand is amazing.
So driving in the country is ok but city driving is terrible?

Yes and no. I didn’t mind Dublin a ton, but the highway out to Dingle had me on my last nerve. Day 2 of driving and I’m settled in and don’t have a worry. Getting used the spacing and not inadvertently hugging the left side of the lane was my biggest problem, but once I got used to it I’ve had no problems. Lots of “2” way roads that only have enough room for one car in the country. Just have to go slow and be ready to get over to a wide shoulder to let opposing traffic pass.

It’s been worth it for the views. This is the view from our Airbnb.

Tiny roads plus city traffic sucks but it's manageable, tiny roads plus little traffic and beautiful scenery is fun.
Just be careful for the agricultural vehicles and trucks on the tiny winding Irish roads.

They don’t give a rip and neither do the stone walls!

We took the train from Dublin to Galway. Galway is dope, tons a Cyclone fans around (more than K-State imo). Took the boat trip to Aran Islands and Cliffs of Moher Today. Great pubs and people. Head back to Dublin Thursday. Trip has been a blast!
Was at the Cliffs of Mohrer this morning. Ksu fans outnumbered us 2:1. There were two charter buses from Manhattan.

Curious on the fan split around town in Dublin. Majority of our posters saying more ISU. KSU forum majority says more KSU.

Way to go to all our fans representing.

lol, driving in Dublin is no different than driving in any other city. It sucks at rush hour, but beyond that we had no issues. Driving in any city sucks at rush hour.
Haha we’re driving on different roads out here. They’re widening Ashworth Road in WDM because it’s too narrow and that’s like an open road compared to over here.

This ain’t Iowa!
We rented a car in Ireland for five days between our two tours over here. We took it on a ferry over to England to see Stonehenge. While there, we didn't see a road sign and ended up in a face off with another car. We backed up and as he passed us he hollered out "Go back to yer own island, ya Irish Wanker!"
Well, at least he didn't call us dumb Americans! :D

Ok, question for those there. Does the city/country people "know" about the game and teams?
Bascially, has it felt like business as usual for them or have they taken an interest in it?
50/50 in Dublin because there are billboards and banners all over town. The rest of the country, not so much.

We’re winning Galway. Seen way more ISU peeps over the last couple days, in the area of all the Pubs at least.

My friends at work made a betting pool on number of Guinness I am going to drink. Top better chose 80; I’m currently at 34.5 (one was 1/2 pint).
