***2023-24 College Football Thread***

OMG... I didn't realize Wisky plays today. What a joke.

Going 7-5 in the worst division in college football, with losses to both Northwestern and Indiana, gets you a New Years Day bowl in the B1G.

No Jayden Daniels playing though... so Wisky will probably pull it off and the B1G will receive more praise.

The deepthroating this morning on Gameday of Sark, etc is at an all time high.

January 1st, the day I have to explain to my parents that the rose bowl is no longer the "grandaddy of them all" and is just a step to the national championship game, which is another explanation to them in itself.

LSU is 9-3 and ranked #13. Wisco is 7-5 and unranked. Complete mismatch, QB opt out or not.

I'd guess you're putting the ball on the tee for if/when WI wins so you can come back and tout the B1G West.

My favorite is how they had a segment about LSU's recent Heisman winners including Daniels and then let's take it down to the field to meet the back up QB who's starting today.

Yeah... not having your Heisman Trophy winning QB won't make a difference. Yikes.

Tennessee has their QB out too... and like 16 others. These bowls are laughable.

Heisman Trophy Winner, not just a QB. Total disruption of the offensive flow. They lost their leading passer AND leading rusher (same guy). Plus, LSU has NO DEFENSE. As for the records, (9-3) vs. (7-5) is not that big of a deal. One more loss by LSU and one more win by Wisconsin (and they both had multiple close games), and they are both (8-4). I like Wisconsin and the points today!
